Those who serve the crowded rest,
are often those among the best.
For with their smile and friendly way,
they often ease a troubled day.
And only when their tasks are done,
the server feels the battle won.
So when we part and go our way,
lets not forget this pleasant day.
For in our rush to others see,
we must recall the best of these.

Poetry, like any other art form can be esoteric or exoteric. Oscar Wilde said “Be yourself, everyone else is taken.” Therefore, I prefer an exoteric style in my poetry in hopes of avoiding any esoteric pretense. Ernest Hemingway is quoted as saying: "There is nothing to writing. All you have to do is sit down at a typewriter and bleed."
